Mat Pilates

Pilates mat is the most easily accessible form. My progressive programmes are built around my clients and I offer different levels of classes whatever your skills and abilities.

Classes are held in clean and safe community spaces or in your own home or virtually via the internet.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer classes offer a different flavour to the pilates method by using resistance to provide a different type of challenge and to build a sound mind and strong body.

These classes are held in a safe, modern studio environment in the heart of Bath

1-1 Sessions

Training that focusses on you and successfully delivers what you need. Individual sessions are perfect for rehabilitation, pre-habilitation and preparation. They are also a fun way to keep yourself on the front foot and with a spring in your step.

Sessions are available face to face or virtually via the internet

Running Gait Analysis

I use simple video gait analysis to help you be better at what you do. if you want to improve your technique to help reduce injuries, increase running efficiency (which could make you faster) then please get in touch
